R. Berti was hired as the General Contractor for the The Train Building in 2015. This eclectic building is a 16,200 sq.ft., 3-story office structure situated next to commuter train tracks in downtown Hinsdale, Illinois. The building was constructed using the finest materials and includes many unique features, including a large atrium, elevator, and roof top garden, complete with train spotting post. The building houses four office suites, each equipped with private entrances. The project involved extensive design/build services and required a multitude of unique change orders to the building’s overall design.
