In 2017, R. Berti was hired as Design/Builder for this dental facility construction project. Plans were completed in late 2017 and construction began in the Spring of 2018. The entire project was completed in November of 2018. The building is 4,500 sq. ft. and houses complete dental and orthodontist facilities and offices for several practitioners. This is the second location that R. Berti has constructed for this client. R. Berti was able to meet the demands of the client to provide a high-end building, while maintaining a strict budget.
