In 2015, R. Berti was retained as the General Contractor to build this 12,400 sq. ft. office and retail center. R. Berti was responsible for the development of the project site, and also constructed the six-unit commercial complex building shell. The center 4,500 sq.ft. Coldwell Banker office suite was built-out and finished for the building owner. The additional, unfinished spaces were available for lease. The collaboration between the owner and architect proved to be successful, resulting in a design that was both highly functional and aesthetically sophisticated. R.
