In 2014, R. Berti was hired as the General Contractor for this medical facility construction project. Work began in early 2015 and the final stage of interior build-outs for the owner were completed in 2018. This 32,000 sq. ft. medical building was built adjacent to the Silver Cross Hospital campus in New Lenox. The building was constructed using precast concrete walls, cast with brick and stone detailed facades. The building houses the medical offices and exam rooms for Southwest Gastroenterology as well as the Endoscopy Suite for Silver Cross Hospital. The second floor was constructed for multi-office or medical tenant space. The endoscopy space is fully certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health for medical procedures and minor surgeries. Download our Project Info Sheet below for more details.
