In 2014, R. Berti was retained by the Cathedral of St. Raymond for a multi-phase project that involved a parking lot expansion and beautification, and interior renovations to the Parish School. This project was phased over the course of two years and included demolition of three neighboring houses that the Cathedral purchased. Once the houses were removed, the parking was expanded in two phases and included underground water detention, masonry screen wall beautification, new signage and construction of the “Centennial Archway” sitting/walking area.
