In 2016, R. Berti was hired as the General Contractor to build this 9,100 sq. ft. realty office and retail center. R. Berti was responsible for the development of the project site, and also constructed the four-unit commercial complex building shell. The center 6,000 sq.ft. Coldwell Banker office suite was built-out and finished for the building owner. The additional, unfinished spaces were available for lease. The collaboration between the owner and architect proved to be successful, resulting in a design that was both highly functional and aesthetically sophisticated. R. Berti provided the construction expertise and project management to make the design a physical reality. The entire project was completed over the span of only eight months.
